As Partner at GESG, Roz leads our consumer packaged goods (CPG), transportation, logistics and supply chain as well as the diversity and inclusion practices. Prior to Global, Roz spent over 15 years in successful general management, operations, and marketing. He has been with Global for 14 years and has worked with hundreds of organizations domestically and globally to help them identify top tier talent.

Throughout his career, Roz has demonstrated at the highest-level expertise in executive leadership and placement. He consistently meets key goals and objectives. Roz is a leader in helping mid-cap, start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies to identify and secure top talent. His industry knowledge and passion for business excellence, clear communication and strong partnerships enable him to develop deep client relationships.

When Roz is not devoting time to his clients and candidates, he loves to travel and has been to over 30 countries.
