Therefore, we have designed three permanent search options to meet those needs in addition to more flexible options like contract staffing, project and recruitment process outsourcing.
The retained search is the highest level of commitment and recruitment service provided by the Executive Recruiting industry. This approach represents the ultimate partnering between the Client and our Practice Leader. We will conduct a highly coordinated and successful search whereby we dedicate 100% of our Practice Leader’s and project team’s time. This option assures the maximum effort in securing qualified candidates. In addition, candidates presented will not be shown to any other clients during this search process. And there is a 90-day full replacement guarantee.
The fee for this service is based on a percentage of the candidate’s first year realistic compensation (12 month annualized) including actual accepted base salary, projected bonus, incentives, commission potential, equity, stock options, and sign-on bonus. During an executive search process, the client pays one-third of the fee at the inception of the search. Upon the submission of the short list of qualified candidates (usually 3 or 4) are interviewed, the client pays an additional one-third. The final one-third is then due after a signed acceptance is received. This search represents the ultimate level of the executive search process.
This search is sometimes referred to as “the best of both worlds”. Both the Client and the Practice Leader agree upon a commitment. We will conduct a search whereby a part of our Practice Leader’s time is dedicated with support of a market researcher as required. Any qualified candidate presented will be exclusive to the client for a period of 30 days. And there is a 60-day full replacement guarantee.
The fee for this service is based on a percentage of the candidate’s first year compensation including actual accepted base salary, projected bonus, incentives, commission potential, equity, stock options, and sign-on bonus. During an executive search process, the client pays 20 % of the fee or a minimum of $ 5,000 at the inception of the search. The final 80 % is then payable within 10 days after a signed acceptance is received for the replacement guarantee to be activated.
