Jeff is a Managing Director for the firm and oversees the Truckload, Dedicated Contract Carriage, and LTL practices. With over 22 years as an executive recruiter, he provides for-hire carriers with executive search for C-Suite assignments. As an accomplished Executive Recruiter, Jeff has been able to leverage his substantial trucking industry experience to help transportation companies achieve their business objectives through talent acquisition.

Jeff’s personal work consists of executive search, organizational strategy, and executive leadership assignments.

Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.  He worked for more than 8 years in full-time Christian Ministry where he helped to start two churches.  Currently his free time is devoted to his busy family schedule.  His wife, who is a Registered Nurse, and his three active teenagers have Jeff on the run most days as he supports them in their pursuits.
