Jeff DiPaolo is the Director of Training and Recruiting at GESG.  He manages the recruiting, interviewing and training of potential GESG new hires. Jeff provides training and mentoring to current team members especially those striving to become Pacesetters.  Jeff brings expertise in leadership, mentoring and cultivating talent to GESG.

Jeff’s goal is to help continue to bring in top talent and provide great training resources. Personally, his goal is to always be learning. At any given point, Jeff will be reading three books: one professional, one entertainment, and one for spiritual growth.

Prior to GESG, Jeff earned every pace setter trip at MRI annually for the twenty-two years he worked there. Always striving to challenge himself, Jeff runs ultra-distance trail races, including a fifty-mile event that took eleven hours to complete. Jeff is an avid runner and uses running to sharpen his skills in dealing with and conquering setbacks.

Jeff loves to spend time with his wife and enjoys their many road trips. He is a proud father of three sons and four grandchildren.
