George leads our Truckload & Dedicated Practice. He is a seasoned transportation executive whose successful career spans over 25 years with several leading Truckload and LTL carriers. As a VP & GM, he managed a fleet of over 2,000 trucks with P&L responsibility for a $300 million budget. As an accomplished Executive Recruiter, George has been able to leverage his substantial industry experience to help other transportation professionals achieve their business and career objectives.

Just as successful trucking companies are profit-driven, George is driven by results, produced through placing high-performing individuals in mission-critical positions for our clients. Given his strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, interpersonal skills and personal integrity, there is no one better qualified to match well-managed organizations with talented individuals.

When evaluating several Executive Search Firms for an assignment to find a CEO, George’s name was recommended by a number of industry leaders for senior and mid-level assignments in the Truckload industry.

George understood our needs; he did an excellent job of finding, evaluating, screening and presenting a top shelf list of candidates. The candidates were prepared extremely well for the interviews. His excellent guidance on a compensation analysis and offer was acceptable to the candidate.

George brought a great deal of energy and determination to his assignment, being very responsive, communicating extremely well and providing a solution oriented approach, adding additional value every step of the way.

I would highly recommend the services of George Fieser.
