Caleb is a Practice Leader within the warehousing and distribution practice at Global Executive Solutions Group. Caleb works with clients to help fulfill crucial roles from the C-Suite and VP position, through the Director and Manager levels.

Caleb is motivated by success and desires results that leave both the clients and the candidates that are recruited satisfied. He can identify and internalize the demands a role calls for to find competent and committed individuals that not only meet the qualifications required but can also fit into the client’s culture and share their career goals and objectives. Caleb considers himself to be a highly competitive person, a natural leader, energetic, and someone who thrives in a team environment, like that of Global Executive Solutions Group.

Caleb is a graduate of Miami University and has received a BA in Psychology. He excels at problem solving, creating long lasting relationships, and interpersonal skills. He previously has worked as a Student Manager at Miami University’s student center, as well as a Direct Support Professional who works alongside and assists individuals with learning and developmental disabilities.
