NOVO 1, a U.S. call center provider, is actively searching for qualified specialists to fulfill clients' requests. According to The Holland Sentinel, the company is expanding its Holland, Michigan, facility and intends to hire more workers in the near future.
The call center service has already added 348 jobs to its Holland location, and bringing new team members on board could significantly impact the company. NOVO 1 will seek the top talent to fill vacancies and try to deliver quality support to clients so it can enhance its reputation.
The Winston-Salem Journal notes that United Healthcare will hire more client relations professionals to provide support from its Greensboro, North Carolina, call center. The facility currently hosts roughly 3,000 employees, and the new additions could provide world-class support and help the company increase its profits.
"North Carolina and the city and county are great places to invest," United Healthcare spokesperson Garland Scott told the news source.
With NOVO 1 and United Healthcare increasing their call center teams, more companies could turn their attention toward improving their client relations strategies. If more businesses seek qualified call center professionals, these firms could help their customers by employing first-rate client satisfaction specialists.
