Two companies that specialize in call center services have announced they are expanding in Colorado and Kentucky.
In Colorado, DaVita Incorporated said it has chosen the Denver area to locate two growing divisions of the healthcare company, creating as many as 200 jobs.
Although locations of the new facilities not yet been announced, the company said it will expand its early kidney care research unit in the Denver metro region adding new medical, technical and scientific jobs.
The company will also create a new call center that will focus on helping patients find dialysis centers in their area.
Since the company announced the relocation of its headquarters to Denver, it has already created more than 320 jobs in the Colorado.
In Kentucky, ACS said it is looking to hire 200 new full-time permanent call center workers in Lexington, according to the Herald-Leader.
The company, which specializes in providing customer services for other businesses, said it is expanding its workforce because it has picked up a new contract with a consumer electronics company.
ACS' announcement comes on top of a hiring spree that began in September with the company recruiting 700 workers in the state.
