Prior to joining Global Executive Solutions Group, Theresa gained over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in retail. She is people and process driven and her efforts impacted sales, training, retention, and morale positively. While she always has business outcomes in mind, Theresa is effective because of her ability to build relationships and drive change through her team.

Theresa is a graduate of Kent State University with a BS in Integrated Mathematics.
