Skyler’s responsibilities include training and assisting sales associates to increase both candidate and client leads in the search and recruitment process. Skyler is up for the challenge to assist in driving revenue and improving productivity of the firm.

Before joining GESG, Skyler had two successful internships in recruiting and sourcing. The first internship involved in doing full cycle staffing for industrial roles. The second internship she was considered a contract strategic sourcer where she aided recruiters in finding the perfect candidate for business and engineering roles. In both positions she was responsible for building and maintaining candidate relationships. Both roles have helped in a smooth transition into the project management position.

Skyler graduated from Cleveland State University with her degree in Marketing and a professional sales certificate. In her free time she enjoys spending time in the sun, with family and friends, and reading a good book.
