Nate is a Practice Leader within the Warehousing & Distribution practice at Global Executive Solutions Group. Working with third party logistics, retail, and manufacturing companies focused on the acquisition of top talent in the functional areas of C-Level, VP, Director, & Manager. Warehousing operations processes include raw material, in-process & finished goods inventory deployment, engineering & design, inbound & outbound transportation, customer order processing, packaging & material handlings, kitting, sub-assembly, sequencing, transportation management (TMS), & warehousing management systems (WMS). 

Nate has spent two years at the firm as a Search Consultant prior to becoming a Practice Leader working with individuals within Supply Chain Management, Freight Brokerage, Food & Ingredients, and the Transportation Management fields. He is focused on understanding the needs of his clientele while providing the best strategic opportunities for top talent. Nate has the ability to satisfy the needs of both clients served and individuals recruited by relying on his skills in communication, organization, and analytics. 

Nate is a graduate of Ohio University with a BA in Entrepreneurship. He actively participated as a philanthropy chair for a social organization mainly working with the U.S. Military and other social groups on campus. He can be described as a hardworking and driven individual who does whatever is necessary to complete tasks at a golden standard in a timely manner.
