Larry is the Managing Partner for the firm and oversees the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management practices, with a focus in Intermodal, Drayage, and Port Logistics. Prior to joining the organization, Larry had over twenty years of experience in the executive recruiting / talent acquisition industry across many public, private and government verticals. He has held key management and leadership positions of increasing scope and responsibility.  Larry brings a thorough understanding of the industry, and excels at knowing how to identify the right kind of people for the job and successfully builds on his ability to develop relationships with both candidates and clients.

Larry has personally worked with over 250 organizations domestically and globally and has been recognized within the industry for his ability to successfully develop and execute recruiting strategies at all levels within an organization. He has been recognized as a top 10% performer within a nationwide network of 600+ executive recruiters each year since 2014.
