Kerstin is a Practice Leader in the Freight Brokerage practice at Global Executive Solutions Group with an emphasis on brokers specializing in mode management including Truckload, LTL, Refrigerated, Bulk, Heavy haul, Over dimensional, Rail, Ocean and Air.  Kerstin understands that each client may have different needs for top talent and is able to meet those unique requirements in a variety of functional areas at the C-level, VP, Director, and Manager levels.

By understanding both her candidate’s career objectives in detail as well as her client’s needs, Kerstin is able to bring together the most talented individuals with her clients that result in valuable matches for both parties and positively impact the performance of her clients’ businesses. She attributes her success to her attention to detail, analytical skills and a work ethic driven by positive results.

Before joining the Global Executive Solutions Group, Kerstin gained experience in human resources as an intern and HR generalist within the transportation industry. Kerstin is a graduate from Kent State University with a BSBA in Business Management and minor in Entrepreneurship. Outside of her career, she enjoys hiking, fitness activities and trying new foods.
