Kendra is a practice leader with our Transportation, Final Mile and Private Fleet team at Global Executive Solutions Group. She concentrates on acquisition of top talent in a variety of functional areas at the C-Level, VP, Director & Manager levels. She specializes in meeting the needs of companies that own their fleets or are focused on building their strategies with their final mile transportation services (the “last leg” of the delivery process from retailers to the final consumers).  In addition, she assists top talent interested in making a career change in these segments.  She takes pride in delivering the best match for both clients & top talent she presents.

Growing up in Hartland, Michigan, she was Captain of the debate team, a leader in 4H and President of her DECA chapter where she developed key leadership skills such as goal setting, consensus building and project management.  She was also on the field hockey team. Her tenacity, competitiveness, passion, and commitment to service are what drives her continued success and allows for her continued growth in developing strong relationships and assisting her clients and top talent with building dynamic teams.

Kendra is a graduate of Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a B.S. in Human Resource Management. As a sister of Alpha Omicron Pi, a sorority, she was elected VP Community Development. In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, judging and mentoring students in 4-H, participating in the Miss for America Pageant Organization and volunteering with suicide prevention and mental health advocacy groups.
