Jaylynn is a practice leader with our Final Mile team at Global Executive Solutions Group. She specializes in finding top talent for a variety of executive roles within the “last leg” of the delivery process. Jaylynn is able to meet the unique needs of her clients through a thorough understanding of the industry and comprehensive search process, and she is dedicated to finding the highest quality talent at all levels.

Jaylynn attended Ashland University, where she graduated as co-valedictorian and accrued many awards and honors from the music and education departments. She worked for 3 years in international private education, where she developed skills in relationship building, leadership, goal setting, and assessing the unique skills and strengths of her clients. In this role, she received over 800 excellent ratings and pieces of feedback from parents and students alike, showing her ability to exceed her clients’ expectations.

From her teaching experience, Jaylynn brings her passion for people and finding opportunities that align with their career and business goals, on both the client and the candidate side.
