Deb is a Senior Practice leader with the Food and Ingredients team at GESG. She has been with GESG for over fifteen years and has over twenty years’ experience in the manufacturing industry.

Deb is an accomplished Industrial Engineer and Manager. After earning her degree in Engineering and then working in the industry, her understanding of how manufacturing companies operate enables Deb to execute search assignments at the highest level, successfully finding the right fit for her clients and assisting candidates in achieving their goals.

When Deb has some free time, she works tirelessly to support the local art community. She is a founding member of the Pistols Group, a group that supports local botanicals and has recently picked up the paint brush to try her hand at creating her own art. Deb is a strong advocate for women in the workplace and helps teach leadership skills to local women’s groups.
