Carter is a Practice Leader with the Transportation, Private Fleet, and Final Mile team at Global Executive Solutions Group. She specializes in finding top talent at the C-Level, VP, Manager, and Director level roles. Carter focuses on accommodating “last leg” delivery operations by having a detailed understanding of the industry and the thorough search process. She recognizes her candidates’ career ambitions and clients’ tactical plans to ensure that there will be a match in both skillset and culture.

​Prior to joining the Global Executive Solutions Group Team, Carter staffed for the light industrial field. That is where she gained a knack for 360 recruiting and building ongoing relationships with fellow candidates. She first found an interest in recruiting at a local Dairy Queen where she noticed the skill level and work ethic of the employees was not up to par. That idea sparked her interest in changing the workplace, and that is how her career started. Carter’s strengths include empathy, compassion, grit, open-mindedness, and excellent collaboration skills.

​Carter is a graduate of Kent State University with a BA in Public Communications. She is also the first person at KSU to graduate with a Media Advocacy minor. In her free time, she enjoys radio, music, painting, and writing.
