Robert is a seasoned Executive Search professional in Supply Chain Management who previously had an extensive background as an Executive in operations, sales, supply chain management and third party logistics. He has developed and implemented innovative cost savings and service improvement solutions across multiple industries. As a Managing Consultant with A.T. Kearney, Robert led and executed over 140 successful projects in materials management, warehousing, and inventory reduction. Examples include multi-million dollar savings in automotive service parts distribution for retailers, trade-off between DCs and store back-rooms for big-box retailers, and the use of high-tech mechanization and IT for mail-order.

Robert uses his strong analytical and operational skills to apply the same approach to executive search that he followed in his operational and consulting career. He diligently ensures full understanding of clients' business needs and the complex roles and responsibilities of key personnel in clients' organizations.
