Karen Boyd leads our Research & Development Practice in Life Science including functional positions such as Biologists, Micro-Biologists, Chemists, Toxicologists, Pharmacologists, Lab Directors, Lab Supervisors as well as other R & D Scientists and Management.
Her main focus is the placement of top talent in the Biotech, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Industries. Karen has a through understanding of specific regulations, requirements and challenges in these areas.
Prior to joining our firm, Karen had 16 years background in the industrial sector focusing on process temperature control equipment utilized in the Life Sciences, Plastic, Rubber and Chemical Industries. It is through this experience that she gained her knowledge of working with complex specifications and regulations which serves her well in identifying & matching her clients’ needs with her candidates’ career objectives.
