An accomplished Industrial Engineer and Manager, Deb's background in continuous improvement encompasses both TPS & Six Sigma including Standardized Work, Poka Yoke, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, Cell Design, PFMEA, DFMEA, Kanban, SMED, Systematic Plant Layout & Design - Greenfield & Brownfield, Visual Factory, Simulation, Value Engineering and Value Stream Mapping.
