Permanent Placement Options

Retained Search
The highest level of commitment and recruitment service provided by our firm. Requires one-third of placement fee in advance and another one-third on presentation of candidates.

Priority Search
This search is sometimes referred to as "the best of both worlds". Both the Client and the Practice Leader still give a high degree of commitment. Requires 20 % engagement fee ($ 5,000 minimum) in advance.

Exclusive Contingency Search
Requires a moderate level of commitment by both the Client and your Practice Leader. The client agrees that the search will be exclusive for a period of 60 days with no other Search Firm engaged. This option requires no financial investment to initiate the recruitment process.

Contract Staffing

Contract Staffing focuses on helping clients fill "interim" requirements in specialized disciplines as diverse as accounting, information technology, engineering, legal and senior executives utilizing the same quality recruiting techniques utilized in our permanent search process.

Project Outsourcing

Clients who have a need to fill a large number of positions with similar candidate profiles can utilize our Project Services division. Our Project Services division develops & coordinates project teams from our global network of 1,100 search firms to successfully fulfill large staffing assignments, quickly and efficiently. Whether it's 50 sales representatives to open a regional market, 150 engineers to open a new plant or 500 telemarketing representatives to introduce a new product nationwide, we are up to the task.
